Not surprisingly, we are also seeing legislation in the U.S. and internationally designed to encourage companies to protect sensitive personal information. It is now more important than ever to have a cybersecurity framework, and one of the most popular is the National Institute of Standards and Technology, or NIST, cybersecurity framework.
